"Checkout Was a Stressful Mess"
I tried ordering from palaceskateboards.com, but the payment kept failing and it never really explained why. I was kind of in a rush too, so having to keep retrying with no clear message was really frustrating. My card was totally fine because I used it right after on another site, but I still ended up with a pending charge showing in my bank. I like their stuff, but the checkout experience put me off. I’m not trying again until they fix whatever is going on with their payment system.
"Color Was Nothing Like the Photo"
I waited longer than expected for this shirt to finally arrive, so it was frustrating to open the package and see that the color was way off from the product photo. I was really looking forward to it, but it just wasn’t what I thought I was ordering.

I emailed twice about my order and didn’t hear anything back for days. I get that people get busy, and maybe I’m just impatient because I needed it sorted quickly, but it was still really frustrating not getting any response.

I tried returning an item and it was way more annoying than it needed to be. The instructions weren’t very clear, and getting help took forever. I had to keep digging around for info myself and still felt kinda stuck. For what they charge, the return process should be alot easier. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Confusing order confirmation"
Placed an order and the confirmation was super unclear. Couldn’t tell if payment went through or what was actually confirmed, so I kept checking my email and account. For such a big site, this should be way simpler. Annoying...
"Still Waiting After Two Weeks"
I placed my order two weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. I get that delays happen, but you’d expect some kind of update or clear communication by now. Frustrating, honestly.

"Not the smoothest experience"
I’ve ordered from Palace before and figured this would be straightforward, but this one ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. The item didn’t work out for me, so I sent it back, and as far as I could tell the return arrived fine. After that, though, I was basically stuck checking for updates and waiting around for the refund to come through. It just took way longer than I was comfortable with, especially when it’s your own money sitting there. I reached out to support too, but the replies didn’t really help much and kind of felt like I was being brushed off. I’d probably think twice before ordering again.

I can’t say it wasn’t disappointing. For what I paid, I expected a lot more, but it just didn’t feel like good value. I wouldn’t buy it again...

I was disappointed with this hoodie because it felt thin right out of the package and after only wearing it twice I already noticed the stitching starting to come loose so it just doesn’t feel like something that’s going to hold up, I wouldn’t buy it again

I’ve had a decent experience overall, but this issue still hasn’t been resolved yet. Hoping it gets sorted out soon because things have been good otherwise.

"Shipping was too much"
I was going to buy just one shirt, but uh, the shipping ended up being almost as much as the shirt itself. At that point it just didn’t feel worth it for me.
"Love Palace, but the site was a pain"
I’m not trying to be dramatic or anything, because I do really like Palace as a brand, but shopping on palaceskateboards was frustrating. The pages were loading really slowly for me, the menu felt awkward to use, and finding the right sizes took way more effort than it should have. I kept getting bounced around the site, and even the checkout wasn’t as clear as I’d expect. Maybe it works fine for other people, but my experience made the website feel outdated and not very user-friendly.

"International shipping was bad"
I ordered from another country the shipping was not great at all. Way longer than it was supposed to take, it took, and the tracking updates were barely there. I contacted support too, but helpful they were not really. I don’t think I’d order internationally from them again.

"Tracking was sorta all over the place"
I ordered from Palace and the tracking was sorta useless the whole time. It kept saying my parcel was still waiting to be picked up, then a few days later it just showed up at my door with no real update in between. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really explain what was going on. For what I paid for shipping, I figured the tracking would at least be somewhat accurate. Annoying overall.

"Great stuff, but the drops go fast"
I like Palace a lot, and the site is easy to use, easy enough anyway. The only thing is the drops sell out so fast. Like, really fast. By the time I get through, most of the sizes are already gone, which gets kind of annoying if you’re not sitting there right at release time. The products are still good, I just wish they had better stock.

I ended up having to pay duties on my order, which really wasn’t cool and caught me off guard. When I reached out to support, it felt like they were blaming me for not knowing about it instead of trying to help or explain things clearly. Frustrating experience overall.

Every time I try these, it feels like I’m entering a suspense movie where the big twist is whether they’ll actually fit. One pair is fine, the next feels completely different. I really wanted to like them, but the sizing is just way too inconsistent.

"Good item, but the delivery experience was frustrating"
The actual order was fine, but the shipping experience really could’ve been better. It took way longer than I expected, and the tracking wasn’t very helpful since it just seemed to sit there without clear updates. I kept checking for progress, which got annoying and took away from the excitement of the order. I’m happy enough with what I received, but the delivery reliability definitely needs improvement...
